The Voices of Heaven centers around a man, Barry Di Hoa and how he was suckered into being sent to a far away colony. He arrives and realizes that by the time he would make it back, the love of his life would have aged and possibly died. So he decides to stay and work on the colony. He befriends one of the locals that can best be described as a “bug eyed” monster of some sort. You are enthralled into a far away world and into Barry’s clueless existence and ultimately discover a plot that could cause the end of the colony and the new world as they know it. The Voices of Heaven is pure science fiction at it’s heart with an undertone of a love story. It is highly recommended. 4 out of 5 stars.
